Finally,
Australia’s revival at world cup ends with the title – WC Champion 2015. Oz
sensational win over Kiwis was natural and expected. They have been thrashing
their opponents in big finals in the same way. It will not be surprising,
if they keep on repeating the same performance for next couple of world cups. We
have tried to bring out some motivational factors, which work most of times
exclusively for Australia.
#Quality
is not an act, it is a habit: While
other teams struggle to repeat their best performance over and over again,
Australia repeatedly gives the best performance. The reason is that other teams
take in ‘playing best’ as an action for the day, while Oz strongly practice it
as a habit that is to be repeated on daily basis, whenever they are on field.

#Focus
on karma, not on fruits: Other teams
focus on result, even before start of the play. This leads to framing of story
in mind, mostly negative picture of end results- one with little or no basis in
reality, enforcing more stressful thoughts followed by anxiety and fear of
loss. These false notions decline their concentration on the field and
increases chances of miss-fielding, more extras, expensive over, loosing
wickets easily, etc.
#Strong will power to handle pressure: There are situations, when other team’s players fail to
handle their mental pressure and finally give up easily. Australians do just
opposite to them. They focus on natural, quality game and seldom allow negative
thoughts to creep into their minds. Rarely, they are seen losing concentration
on the field. They remain mentally and physically present and try to win on
every ball being played in the field.
#Driving force for motivation is from the inside
out: Seems like they have unleashed the hidden power of mind. They imbibe
the driving force from the inside out that turns up even the extreme conditions
in favor of them. For other teams, the driving factors mostly depend on
external factors like toss, wind speed, pitch quality, audience support and opposition’s
performance. So unfavorable conditions make it hard for them to stay in the
game, but Aussies try to remain self-driven and independent of external factors.
WC Final between NZ and AUS is the best example to justify it.

#God helps those who help themselves: Cricket is not always about smart work and good strategy.
Sometimes, it is also about luck. It is an unexpected game and can turn to
anyone’s side anytime. But mostly, we have seen that it is Australia that gains
good luck. It might be because they are good at in helping themselves with
above revealed self-driven factors, which ultimately reinforces the humanistic
philosophy of “God’s preference to self-helpers”.
